St. Louis merupakan nama kota di Amerika Serikat. Letaknya di bagian tengah. Tepatnya di negara bagian Missouri. Pada tahun 2005, kota ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 352.572 jiwa dengan memiliki luas wilayah 171,3 km². Kota ini memiliki kepadatan penduduk sebanyak 2.198,1 jiwa/km². Di wilayah metropolitan, berjumlah 2.786.728 jiwa. St. Louis pernah menjadi penyelenggara Olimpiade musim panas ke-3 dan World's Fair pada tahun 1904.
