โมโรนี (ฝรั่งเศส: Moroni, เสียงอ่านภาษาฝรั่งเศส: [mɔʁɔni] ; อาหรับ: موروني, อักษรโรมัน: Mūrūnī) เป็นเมืองใหญ่สุด เมืองหลวง และที่ตั้งรัฐบาลสหภาพแห่งคอโมโรส หมู่เกาะอธิปไตยในมหาสมุทรอินเดีย โมโรนีแปลว่า "ที่แม่น้ำ" (mroni ใน Shingazidja) โมโรนีเป็นเมืองหลวงของเกาะกึ่งปกครองตนเอง Ngazidja เกาะที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในเกาะหลักสามแห่งในสาธารณรัฐ นครนี้มีประชากรโดยประมาณใน ค.ศ. 2003 ที่ 41,557 คน
