รามูเนะ (ญี่ปุ่น: ラムネ; เฮปเบิร์น: Ramune, (ɾamɯne)) เป็นน้ำอัดลมญี่ปุ่นที่นำเข้าครั้งแรกใน ค.ศ. 1884 ที่โคเบะโดยเภสัชกรชาวอังกฤษ อเล็กซานเดอร์ แคเมรอน ซิม เหมือนกับบันตะ น้ำมะนาวจากอินเดีย รามูเนะ มักใส่ในขวดคอคอดที่ปิดปากด้วยลูกแก้วทรงกลม (แทนฝา) ซึ่งปิดได้เพราะความดันจากโซดา คำว่า รามูเนะ มาจากคำศัพท์ภาษาญี่ปุ่นที่ยืมมาจากภาษาอังกฤษว่า เลมอเนด (lemonade; น้ำมะนาว)
