โบสถ์ซันตากอสตันซา (อิตาลี: Mausoleo di Santa Costanza) เป็นโบสถ์โรมันคาทอลิกที่ตั้งอยู่ที่กรุงโรมในประเทศอิตาลี โบสถ์ซันตากอสตันซาสร้างขึ้นโดยจักรพรรดิคอนสแตนตินที่ 1 เพื่อเป็นที่ฝังพระศพเจ้าหญิงคอนสแตนตินาและเฮเลนาพระราชธิดา ต่อมาคอนสแตนตินาได้รับการยกฐานะขึ้นเป็นนักบุญ ที่มีชื่อในภาษาอิตาลีว่าคอนสแตนซา ที่เป็นชื่อของวัดดังกล่าว
