แฟ็ส (ฝรั่งเศส: Fès; อาหรับ: فاس; เบอร์เบอร์: ⴼⴰⵙ) เป็นเมืองใหญ่เป็นอันดับ 3 หรือ 4 ในประเทศโมร็อกโก มีประชากรราว 1 ล้านคน (ค.ศ. 2010) เคยเป็นเมืองหลวงโดยประเพณีของประเทศเป็นเวลาหลายปี เป็นเมืองศักดิ์สิทธิ์เมืองหนึ่งของศาสนาอิสลาม มีอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องหนัง เป็นเมืองการค้า ได้รับการขนานนามว่า "มักกะฮ์แห่งตะวันตก" และ "เอเธนส์แห่งแอฟริกา"
