Pasay
ปาไซ (ตากาล็อก: Pasay) เป็นเมืองที่อยู่ในเขตเขตนครหลวงในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ อยู่ทางตอนเหนือของกรุงมะนิลา เมืองหลวงของประเทศ และอยู่ทางใต้ของมากาตีซิตี มีประชากรประมาณ 403,064 คน (ข้อมูลปี ค.ศ. 2007) นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นที่ตั้งของท่าอากาศยานนานาชาตินีโนยอากีโน ซึ่งเป็นสำนักงานใหญ่ของฟิลิปปินส์แอร์ไลน์
